Refund policy


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery. 

Items must be returned from the same country where they were delivered. To be eligible, pieces must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and free from odors. All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included. 

Items that have been altered or tailored to individual specifications, including complimentary tailoring services, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

RETURN FEES

A fixed return fee will be deducted from your refund: 

- EU & United Kingdom: €15 

- United States, Canada, Australia & Middle East: €20

- Asia: €25

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please visit our Returns Portal and follow the steps:

  1. Select the order you wish to return
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate the reason
  3. Submit a return request
  4. Print the return label and pack the items securely in the original packaging
  5. Attach the label to the parcel
  6. Drop off your package at any DHL Express point within the country where the order was delivered

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are issued only once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved. Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Processing time: up to 14 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Duties, taxes and customs clearance charges collected by local authorities are non-refundable, as these charges are not collected or retained by Due Trame.

IDENTIFICATION OF RETURNED PARCELS

Please note that parcels without clear customer identification (full name, address, and tracking number) cannot be accepted and will be refused.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different size, color or style, we kindly ask that you return your original item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order through our website.

Once your returned item has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
