Every Due Trame order is carefully prepared and inspected before leaving our warehouse to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer transparent flat-rate shipping based on destination.

- Europe & United Kingdom: €15

- Middle East: €25

- United States, Canada & Asia-Pacific: €30

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can monitor your shipment at any time using the tracking link provided. Where available, our courier will also send delivery updates via email and SMS.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times below refer to transit time after your order has been dispatched. Processing and dispatch take approximately 1–2 business days.

- Europe & United Kingdom: 2–4 business days

- Middle East: 3–5 business days

- United States, Canada & Asia-Pacific: 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local courier operations or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Kindly note that at this time we are unable to deliver to Russia.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact us at customercare@duetrame.com and we will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. 

Due Trame cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the parcel, any additional shipping costs for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Due Trame does not control these fees and cannot estimate the amount in advance. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in order for the shipment to be released by the local customs authorities.
